New Nurse call with no break in the chain

IPCARE, the nurse call system that frees up time for care
For care homes, clinics and healthcare facilities. IPCARE is the heart of CRMS nurse call systems. The platform brings together resident calls, technical alarms and safety alerts, then instantly notifies the caregiver in charge of the area, wherever they are.

WHAT IS IPCARE?
Une plateforme pensée pour
A platform designed for those who provide care
IPCARE is the supervision platform for CRMS nurse call systems. It centralises resident and patient calls, technical alarms and safety alerts, then forwards them to the right caregivers on supervision screens, corridor displays, DECT phones, pagers or smartphones.
Caregivers & nurse coordinators
Fewer unnecessary alarms, clear alerts on your phone, more time with residents.
Care home management
Measured response times and reports to manage quality and reassure families.
Technical services
Un seul outil pour l’appel malade, les alarmes techniques et le PTI. Configuration intuitive, maintenance simplifiée.
Engineering consultants
Maximum interoperability: an open architecture that is easy to specify, and experts who reply within 48 hours.
EVERYDAY BENEFITS
What IPCARE changes in
your facility
Every alert to the right person
Notifications are sent by group and by area. Each caregiver only receives the alerts that concern them: fewer interruptions, more attention for residents.
A call is not an emergency
Emergency, call, fall, wandering, presence: each type of alert has its own colour, and distinct ringtones signal calls, emergencies, presence and acknowledgements. Caregivers know instantly what to prioritise.
Only one caregiver responds
Until a call is taken, the alert keeps repeating. As soon as a caregiver accepts it in the mobile app, the group is notified and the repetition stops: colleagues stay available for other residents.
Every intervention logged
Caregivers identify themselves in one tap, on their smartphone or on a workstation in the facility. Every action (intervention, lifting assistance, presence) is logged, time-stamped, attributed to the caregiver and available in custom reports.
Residents and caregivers protected
Fall and wandering detection for residents, lone worker protection and an SOS button available in one press, even when the phone is locked.
A system that monitors itself
Lost connection, low batteries, inactive equipment: the technical team is alerted automatically, before the problem affects care.
HOW IT WORKS
From resident call to response,
in 4 steps
The resident calls
Using their call handset, a wall button or a bathroom pull cord.
IPCARE locates the call
The room lights up in colour on the 2D floor plan, on the corridor displays and in the app.
The right caregiver is notified
On their DECT phone, pager or the IPCARE mobile app, even with the screen locked: room, resident and call type are shown straight away.
They respond, everything is logged
Accepting the call and identifying themselves is done from the notification, without opening the app. The intervention is time-stamped and attributed to the caregiver.
IPCARE MOBILE APP
Notifications, call handling and supervision, in the caregiver’s pocket
- One-tap login. The NFC badge already used in the facility is all it takes, with no re-entry and multiple profiles.
- See everything, even when locked. Room, resident and call type appear as soon as the call is triggered. Calls are accepted straight from the notification.
- Only one caregiver responds. Accepting the call notifies the group and stops the call from repeating.
- Every floor at a glance. The live status of every room: call, emergency, presence.
- SOS in one press. Always available from the notification panel and every screen.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
IPCARE nurse call system: your
questions
What is a nurse call system ?
It is the equipment that allows a resident or patient to alert care staff using a call handset, a button or a pull cord. The alert is shown above the door, at the nurses’ station and on the teams’ phones. IPCARE is its supervision platform.
Does IPCARE work with my current installation ?
Yes. IPCARE is compatible with DECT, pager and IP technologies on the market and can integrate with systems from other manufacturers. Our experts review your configuration before any project.
Can I replace my current IPCARE with the new IPCARE ?
Yes, easily. The new IPCARE keeps all the functions and data of your current installation. Data migration is handled by CRMS during installation.
On which devices do caregivers receive alerts ?
On DECT phones, pagers, corridor displays and Android smartphones with the IPCARE mobile app. Smartphones connect to the facility’s Wi-Fi or, remotely, via the mobile network. The app is not yet available on iOS.
How does IPCARE ensure care traceability ?
Every call, presence and acknowledgement is time-stamped and linked to the identified caregiver. The history is archived and can be used in custom reports to track response times.
What happens if a connection is lost ?
IPCARE continuously monitors its connections. If one is interrupted, an alert is automatically sent to designated people, such as the technical team or management.
Is IPCARE suitable for care homes ?
Yes. IPCARE was designed for care homes, clinics and social care facilities, with wandering management, lone worker protection and quick adoption by teams.
